Cancellation / Return Policy & Withdrawal Right

Order cancellation
The order can be canceled in the following cases:
- Before completing the order, during the online order process you can press the <> option on your screen. By selecting <> the ordering process is interrupted.
- If the online order has been completed but the product has not been shipped yet, you can call 2810 300640 or email us at info@e-status.gr and we will cancel your order.
- After receiving the product, call us at 2810 300640 or send us an email at info@e-status.gr explaining the reason you wish to cancel the order. One of our partners will serve you immediately and inform you of all your options .
Return and Replacement
Buying from our online store e-status.gr, you have the right to
return the products you bought and ask for their replacement:
- In any case in which, with proven fault of the store, the wrong products were sold, due to an error in receiving the order and / or the invoicing.
- In any case you received defective products.
This provision does not cover products that have been damaged or damaged due to poor transport and have been accepted by the courier company (see section 'Shipping Methods').
In the above two cases you will not be charged for shipping costs of the product to be returned, if you send them by the same means that were sent to you.
3. In any case you want to change the products for your personal reasons or the number / size is not what you want.
If the return concerns an item worth more than 80 €, the shipping costs are borne by the company (valid for the first return).
The maximum return period of a product for replacement is fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase and if the return conditions are met *.
In any case, the value of the new order should be equal to or greater than the previous one.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw where you can cancel or return your order in whole or in part, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase and if the return conditions are met *. In this case, the value of the products to be returned will be refunded to you within ten (10) calendar days from the date we receive your return.
In case your order has been delivered to the courier company and the process of sending the parcel has started, you will be charged with the shipping and return costs of the products, which will be deducted from the amount that will be returned to you.

No refund or cancellation will be accepted unless the following conditions apply.

No return or cancellation will be accepted if your request has not been accepted first during the electronic or telephone communication with our store. - In cases where a maximum return or cancellation period applies, it may not be extended.
- The products to be returned must be in the original condition in which you received them, (with the packaging that accompanies each product intact, including all accessories that may accompany the product, such as gifts, etc., and all original purchase documents proving the transaction (retail receipt, DAT, etc.) If an invoice has been issued, the return must be accompanied by a delivery note.
- The product is shipped after consultation with the cooperating courier companies.
Once we receive and inspect the products to be returned, we will inform you electronically or by phone whether the return of the products is acceptable or not from our store.
RETURN EXCEPTIONS
For hygiene reasons our company does not accept returns on swimwear, underwear and socks and the special markings have not been removed (eg protectors, cards, labels)
Limitation of Liability
The store " STATUS " in the context of its transactions from the online store is not responsible and is not obliged to compensate for any damage or loss resulting from the cancellation of orders, non-execution or delay in execution , for any reason. It does not guarantee the availability of the products displayed in the online store, but informs based on the observed data about the availability or not of the interested customer and undertakes in case of change of these data, to inform the customers in time about the unavailability in which case bears no further responsibility. The online store provides the content (eg information, names, photos, illustrations), products and services available through the website "exactly as they are". In no case is the store " STATUS " liable civilly or criminally for any damage (positive, special or negative, which indicatively and not restrictively, divisively and / or cumulatively consists in loss of profits, data, missing profits, monetary satisfaction, etc.) that any visitor of the online store or a third party may suffer due to the operation or not and / or the use of the website and / or inability to provide services and / or products and / or information available from him and / or from any unauthorized interventions of third parties in products and / or services and / or information available through him.
