Shipping methods

Our online store e-status.gr , provides you with the following shipping methods, which you choose when completing your order.

  • Pick-up from the physical store
    If you do not wish to be charged for shipping costs, you can select “Pick-up from the store” as the shipping method. In this case we will contact you by phone or email to inform you when your order will be ready to receive *.

  • City Courier

You can use your PayPal account to make your purchases, safely and reliably.

FREE shipping throughout Greece for orders over 49 €.

For orders up to €49.99 and weighing up to 2 kg, the charge amounts to €4.0 with VAT with Elta Courier and €3.00 with VAT with the City Courier option.

The delivery time of your order *, by the courier, ranges from 1 to 5 working days from the day of sending it by us (depending on the region). Delivery time depends on the courier company.
Deliveries are Monday-Friday.

Upon completion and submission of your order form, you will receive electronically a copy of the order at the email address (e-mail) you stated when placing your order, which will include a detailed description of the order goods and an Order Code . With the Order Code you will be able to follow the progress of the order through our online store e-status.gr, if you had created an account or by calling 2810 300640

Your order will be shipped the next business day, from Monday to Friday, if your order:

  1. has been held until 12:00 p.m.,
  2. all products are available, and
  3. has been repaid (cash on delivery is excluded).

If any of the goods in your order are not available, we will contact you by phone * or email to let you know. In this case, the shipment is made the next working day after receiving the product in our warehouse.

Our online store e- status.gr is not responsible for any delays, failed deliveries, returns or costs that may result from incorrect contact and shipping details.

ATTENTION : For orders you receive through the courier company, you are obliged to inspect the parcel carefully upon receipt, to avoid any damage or damage that may have occurred due to poor transport.
